Vintage 1940s red midi shirtdress with a star print, and short puff sleeves. It has a side zipper, buttons up the front of the bodice, and a snap and tie at the collar for closure. The previous owner patched some holes with a novelty folk print fabric and fusible interfacing. Sold as is with a few other condition notes, see details below

Condition: Good. On the lower front of the skirt there is a 1/2" and 1/4" section of tiny slits in the fabric, a 1/2" extremely faint dark spot, and a couple pinpoint holes. A few other minor faint spots and smaller less noticeable slits scattered throughout. On the lower back of the skirt there is a 1/4" and a couple tinier holes, and a few runs. A couple loose threads at the front of the ruching on the right shoulder. There are patches at the inner edge of the top two buttonholes because they were splitting (see photo - they seem secure for now, but the fabric of the dress is fairly delicate overall).
